Digital transformation of the Russian automotive industry: Technologies, efficiency and challenges in new conditions Lapin A.V. PhD in Law, Senior Researcher at Digital Economy Laboratory, Central Economic and Mathematical institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Moscow, Russia Abstract. The article presents a comprehensive study of the key directions of the digital transformation of the Russian Federation's automotive industry under the conditions of structural crisis and sanctions pressure after 2022. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the development of an original classification of digital technologies applicable to the Russian auto industry, as well as in the identification and systematization of specific implementation barriers forming a "double rupture effect": the simultaneous departure of foreign technologies and the unreadiness of the domestic ecosystem. An analysis of the potential and challenges for five key technology groups is conducted in comparison with the target indicators of the Strategy-2035. A set of practical recommendations for the state and companies, aimed at overcoming technological dependence, has been developed. Keywords: digital transformation, automotive industry, Industry 4.0, big data, digital twins, robotization, Russian automotive industry, technological sovereignty, Strategy 2035, import substitution.
