В статье рассматривается эволюция финансов на примере корпораций, вызванная сменой парадигмы и переходом к Индустрии 5.0. Выявлено, что акцент от ориентации бизнеса на стоимостно-ориентированную модель смещается к человекоцентричной, устойчивой системе создания ценности для всех стейкхолдеров. Проведен контент-анализ научной литературы, дана характеристика этапам развития финансов, проанализировано влияние технологий. Уточнена сущность финансов 5.0, выявлены драйверы и трансформация современного этапа, определены принципы и ограничения в развитии. Использование результатов позволит формировать дорожные карты развития бизнеса.
The article examines the evolution of finance using the exampleof corporations, caused by a paradigm shift and the transition to Industry 5.0. It is revealed thatthe focus is shifting from business orientation to a value-based model to a human-centered, sustainable value creation system for all stakeholders.
