Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Business Informatics, Faculty of Information Technology and Big Data Analysis, Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation (RUSSIAN FEDERATION, 125167, Moscow, Leningradskii pr-kt, d. 49/2)
Abstract. Due to the growing interest in AI technologies, practical examples of successful AI-based solutions in HR management are gaining particular importance.
The purpose of this article is to determine the feasibility of applying a combination of AI technologies at an enterprise, considering the specifics of human resource management. This is an exploratory study aimed at examining the practical application of AI-based platforms in HR management. Based on a comparative analysis of published sources and the author's methodology (groups of systemically important team characteristics and their integration into an HR management model), the paper identifies missing components from the set of systemically important characteristics available in HR management platforms. These components will help more effectively utilize AI technologies to ensure long-term development and competitive advantage for enterprises. The study revealed that several AI-based platforms exist for various HR areas, but most operate as stand-alone modules and are not integrated into centralized HR management systems. Most platforms are not applicable in Russia. However, it was found that in the platforms under consideration, the most common characteristics included in personnel or candidate match analysis are qualifications and competencies. Less commonly, culture, internal cooperation, and competition are considered. Match analysis for the characteristic of coordination is completely absent. To save time and resources, the author of the article proposes combining the processing of all system-forming characteristics into a single solution using AI technologies. The results of this study will enable managers to implement effective HR policies considering the specifics of human resources management.
